At Dominion Capital, we are committed to providing professional financial consulting, business funding assistance, and related advisory services. Because many of our services involve time, strategy, consultation, underwriting review, lender matching, document analysis, and other work performed shortly after engagement, all fees paid to Dominion Capital are subject to the following refund policy.
1. General Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, all fees paid to Dominion Capital are non-refundable.
2. Service-Based Work
By purchasing any service from Dominion Capital, you acknowledge and agree that we may begin work immediately. This may include consultations, file review, financial analysis, lender placement efforts, administrative processing, strategy development, or communication with third parties on your behalf. Once work has started, no refund will be issued.
3. No Guarantee of Funding or Results
Dominion Capital does not guarantee approval for funding, loan offers, credit approvals, business results, or any specific financial outcome. Approval decisions are made solely by third-party lenders, financial institutions, or service providers based on their own criteria. Because final decisions are outside of our control, inability to secure funding does not qualify a client for a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
4. Deposits, Retainers, and Success Fees
Any deposit, retainer, onboarding fee, processing fee, advisory fee, or similar payment made to Dominion Capital is non-refundable unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Success-based fees, once earned under the applicable client agreement, are also non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for work that has been agreed to and performed. If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact Dominion Capital first so we may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
6. Exceptions
Any exception to this Refund Policy must be expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dominion Capital.
